Yhangry x Beach Retreats
Telling stories that evoke the feeling of your brand
This Yhangry shoot was created in collaboration with Beach Retreats. The imagery was captured to serve both clients, with a primary focus on Yhangry’s press use for their UK self catering private chef hire.
Creative Direction
The goal was to bring together culinary artistry and private dining in a way that felt personal, luxurious, and accessible. The brief focused on lifestyle storytelling: the chef in action, beautiful finished dishes, relaxed guests enjoying a meal, and the atmosphere of a premium self-catering property transformed into a private dining venue.
Shot on location at one of Beach Retreats’ contemporary properties, the shoot followed a narrative arc: from Chef Caitlin’s Prees' arrival and food prep through to plating, tablescape details, and guests gathering to eat. We used natural light to preserve the warmth of the setting and capture subtle transitions throughout the day.
We kept the crew minimal to stay agile and allow the action to unfold organically, using a combination of lifestyle, food, and portrait photography to give the team a versatile asset bank.
