MY STORY

Hospitality photography rooted in Cornwall, created for hotels and restaurants around the world.

I’ve always been drawn to the way a place can make you feel ~ the light, atmosphere, thoughtful details and stories held within it.

After studying Fashion Marketing, I began my career in London’s fast-paced fashion industry before returning home to Cornwall to work as PR and Marketing Manager at Visit Cornwall. This gave me an invaluable understanding of tourism and hospitality, as well as the storytelling that turns a beautiful place into somewhere people long to experience.

I became freelance in 2018, working with hospitality brands on their marketing and social media. When the pandemic brought much of that work to a pause, I picked up a camera and began photographing the landscapes, places and quiet moments I encountered around Cornwall, sharing them through my travel journal and Print Store, Between Tides Studio.

What began as a creative outlet soon became the natural next chapter of my career. Today, I photograph hotels, restaurants, interiors and the people and stories behind them—primarily throughout Cornwall and the South West, as well as across the UK and further afield.

My background in hospitality and marketing continues to shape the way I approach every shoot. I understand that imagery needs to do more than simply look beautiful: it should capture a sense of place, connect with the right audience and make people want to experience it for themselves.

In 2023, I was named among Cornwall’s 30 Under 30, recognising the journey from hospitality marketing to building a photography business of my own.
