Scott, the current head chef at The Wig and Pen in Truro, not only leads the culinary team at the esteemed establishment but also lends his expertise to businesses through menu consultation and training. Boasting a rich background with two decades of experience in fine dining, Scott transitioned to the gastro-pub scene last year, where he successfully crafted a modern-British elevated gastro-pub menu reminiscent of Tom Kerridge's culinary style.

Before his role at The Wig and Pen, Scott earned accolades as the Head Chef at Manning Hotel, receiving 2 AA rosettes for his culinary prowess. He also honed his skills working under the renowned Gary Rhodes at The Kings Hotel.

In the realm of menu consultation, Scott has made significant contributions to various establishments, including supporting Little Barn in Looe, as well as The Peterville, Penny Come Quick, and Cote Brasserie in London, where he collaborated alongside a photography team.
